If my swing speed is 100-105 mph should I get a driver shaft that’s stiff, regular, or super flex?

Stiff flex will be best for you. You don’t want an XStiff unless you are swinging around 115+ and you don’t want a regular if you are below 95. That’s the basic rule I tell people and almost any company will tell you.
Note- the shaft stiffness will depend on the actual shaft, if you go to the shaft makers website, in this case TaylorMade’s, you should be able to find a chart that will make recommendations based on your swing speed, launch angle, etc.
